Job Overview This role is for an experienced Cybersecurity Strategist to lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies across multiple regions and business units. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring the organization's digital assets are safeguarded and compliance with international standards is maintained. Oversee risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management across IT and OT environments to identify potential threats and take proactive measures to mitigate them. Lead incident response planning and execution, coordinating with global teams and external partners to ensure effective response and recovery from security incidents. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including ISO, TISAX, GDPR, NIS2, and other applicable standards. Collaborate with other departments and internal stakeholders to embed security by design in development and infrastructure, promoting a culture of security throughout the organization. Manage cybersecurity awareness programs and training initiatives to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and promote a culture of security within the organization. Requirements We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Strategist who possesses: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership within the industrial sector, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful cybersecurity strategies. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks applicable to the business, including network security, cloud security, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence. Excellent Communication and Management skills, with the ability to navigate complex global environments and drive cybersecurity excellence in a fast-paced industry. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
