You will provide technical guidance to customers and partners, perform real-time troubleshooting, and collaborate with back-line and development teams to resolve issues.Required: Bachelor’s in CS or related field, 3–6 years in IT or technical support, strong networking (TCP/IP, OSI), and fluent English and Spanish.
