We are looking for a hybrid profile ( 80% functional / 20% technical ) to act as a bridge between business vision and technical execution.
Strategy & Definition:You will lead the definition and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in close collaboration with our clients.
Data Culture:Act as an evangelist for data quality, providing training and ensuring that governance is embedded into the project's DNA.
Control & Visibility:Implement control dashboards to monitor the health and compliance of data governance.
Stakeholder Leadership:Translate complex business needs into technical requirements, coordinating teams to ensure excellent delivery.What are we looking for?
Requirements:
Experience:+7 years of solid experience in strategic Data Governance roles.
Frameworks:Mastery of frameworks such asDAMAand experience defining taxonomies, roles, policies, and operating models.
Tech Stack:Hands-on experience with leading tools ( Truedat, Collibra, Anjana, Informatica, or Purview ).
Soft Skills:Strong analytical skills, C-Level communication abilities, and comfort working in dynamic, agile environments.
Languages:Fluency inSpanish and English(for national and international projects).Bonus Points:
Knowledge ofSQLand data modeling.
