Imagine developing your career while working on the most cutting-edge projects in the market!The Challenge: Your Role as a ManagerWe are looking for a hybrid profile (80% functional / 20% technical) to act as a bridge between business vision and technical execution.Por favor, asegúrese de leer completamente el resumen y los requisitos de esta oportunidad de empleo que se detallan a continuación.Strategy & Definition: You will lead the definition and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in close collaboration with our clients.Data Culture: Act as an evangelist for data quality, providing training and ensuring that governance is embedded into the project's DNA.Control & Visibility: Implement control dashboards to monitor the health and compliance of data governance.Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex business needs into technical requirements, coordinating teams to ensure excellent delivery. What are we looking for?Requirements:Experience: +7 years of solid experience in strategic Data Governance roles.Frameworks: Mastery of frameworks such as DAMA and experience defining taxonomies, roles, policies, and operating models.Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with leading tools (Truedat, Collibra, Anjana, Informatica, or Purview).Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, C-Level communication abilities, and comfort working in dynamic, agile environments.Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (for national and international projects).
