Experteer Overview
As a DBP Architect, you will define and operationalize architecture blueprints for Digital Business Platforms within R&D&R. You will ensure alignment with GPOs, Digital Offices, and EA governance, driving harmonization and innovation across business and IT. You will lead domain architecture design, business capability mapping, and value stream integration, shaping scalable platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to steer transformation and measure success with EA KPIs. This is a global, cross-disciplinary role in a forward-looking digital group that values diversity and impact.

• Define DBP-specific domain architecture blueprints aligned with GPOs
• Design and document domain solutions integrating business processes, value streams, and information flows
• Maintain an integrated view of business architecture within the domain
• Act as functional design authority, owning business capability mapping with GPOs and Digital Offices
• Ensure DBP solutions fit within enterprise architecture and co-create foundational guidance with IT EA
• Analyze current processes and systems to identify inefficiencies using value stream mapping
• Ensure adherence to DBP standards, tooling, and processes in projects
• Operationalize architecture principles and KPIs for the domain
• Develop and monitor KPIs like technical debt, roadmaps, and EA metrics
• Collaborate with GPOs, DBP leads, and stakeholders to harmonize technologies and drive change
• Lead IT Solution Architecture team and enforce EA guidelines
• Serve as liaison for domain-specific architectural concerns and implement change management during transformations
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Information Technology
• 10+ years of IT or related experience
• R&D experience preferred
• Experience leading global cross-cultural and multidisciplinary teams and change management
• Familiar with modern technologies and trends
• TOGAF and/or ArchiMate certification
• Advanced level of English
• Familiar with APQC, SCOR, Agile, or ITIL frameworks
