We have a fantastic opportunity aboard a 67m Private/Charter Sailing Yacht, seeking a Deckhand to join ASAP. This is an incredibly busy program that operates to exceptionally high standards. The team is looking for a true grafter, someone who takes pride in running a slick, professional operation. This role isn't for the faint-hearted, but it offers an outstanding opportunity to build sea time and gain invaluable experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in dinghy sailing, and an Armed Forces background would be a strong advantage. The program also includes some diving, so any dive certifications or experience will be beneficial. A Yachtmaster Offshore qualification is required for safe manning, and any experience driving smaller tenders will be an added advantage. After a busy yard period in Mallorca, the yacht will head to the Caribbean for the season, with a mix of owner trips and charters already booked. The crew typically do very well with tips, as they are a smaller team to share with This position will begin on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
