At Revlon , a leading multinational cosmetic company, we are seeking a Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in developing accurate demand forecasts that support our commercial strategy and business growth. This role sits at the heart of the organization, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning and contributing directly to the company's success . What You’ll Do: Build and manage demand forecasts (volume & value) through the S&OP process Develop mid- to long-term plans (up to 18 months) and short-term weekly forecasts Analyze sales history, POS data, inventory, and trends to identify risks and opportunities Partner with Marketing on new product launches and discontinuations (forecast assumptions, cannibalization, rankings) Collaborate with Sales to define pipeline needs Communicate demand projections to Finance Track and report key KPIs: Forecast Accuracy & Bias, Service Level, Stock Coverage, Business Waste Identify gaps in the demand plan and drive corrective actions Manage demand changes within the time fence in coordination with Supply Planning Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and planning processes What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or similar; MSc preferred) 3–5 years of Supply Chain experience , including 2+ years in Demand Planning Hands-on experience with S&OP / IBP Strong knowledge of SAP, APO, or Manugistics Advanced Excel skills APICS certification is a plus Fluent Spanish Fluent English required (C1) Additional European languages are a plus Key Competencies: Collaborative, business-oriented approach Strong understanding of Supply Chain fundamentals Comfortably challenging assumptions constructively Proactive and curious Ability to manage the development of multi-category brand forecasts for regular business and special events. Ability to direct prompt constructive action based on forecast deviations. Creative problem-solving skills. Consensus management. Proven ability to analyze and consolidate large volumes of data, develop a fact-based point of view, and communicate it effectively and convincingly. Why Revlon?
