As a Demi Chef at Roka, you’ll help create amazing dining experiences for our guests. You’re passionate about cooking, love working as part of a team, and always aim for excellence. In this role, you’ll support the kitchen team, learn new skills, and keep growing your culinary talent.Roka is a contemporary Japanese robatayaki restaurant, celebrated for its dynamic open-grill cooking and vibrant atmosphere. Located in the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, along the Balearic Island’s east coast, Roka Mallorca offers diners a seasonal, alfresco pop-up of lazy summer evenings, beautiful dishes, creative cocktails, and live DJs.
