- Ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of your work
- Solving structural challenges in cooperation with a multidisciplinary design organization
- Contributing to complex vessel projects from concept to completionBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Solid experience in hull structural design and the ability to lead design activities
- Knowledge of ship design processes and Classification Society Rules
- Experience coordinating structural design tasks
- Fluent communication skills in English (spoken & written)AutoCAD
- NAPA Designer and Drafting
