WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles. Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with proven experience in cloud-native architectures. Proficiency with containerization : Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), and orchestration tools. Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills : Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi. Observability mastery : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, Datadog, or New Relic. CI/CD pipeline experience : GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD. Linux/Unix fluency and scripting in Bash, Python, or Go. Deep understanding of distributed systems, networking, and database fundamentals. Fluent Spanish (written/spoken) and good English for global collaboration. Design and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructures across cloud (GCP) and on-premise environments. Automate deployments, monitoring, and operations using IaC and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery. Own system observability : Implement metrics, logs, traces, and intelligent alerting to prevent outages. Lead critical incident resolution and drive postmortem analyses to eliminate root causes. Collaborate with development teams to enhance service reliability, performance, and security. Optimize cloud costs and efficiency through resource tuning and FinOps practices. Champion DevOps/SRE culture : Drive automation, resilience engineering, and continuous improvement. Support high-stakes environments in regulated industries (e.G., pharmaceuticals) with strict compliance needs.
