About The Role We seek a DevOps Engineer to join our software development organization. The role involves enhancing the software development lifecycle, implementing infrastructure as code, and supporting cloud adoption. Continuous learning in automation, virtualization, containerization, and cloud tech is essential. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, eager to improve, and supports development teams in accelerating delivery. Responsibilities Automate processes and manage hybrid infrastructure using Ansible, ManageEngine, and Terraform. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI. Manage product implementations and suggest process improvements. Create reusable code for CI/CD and automation. Improve tools and infrastructure to support software development. Implement reliability practices for environments. Mentor team members as part of the Professional Services team. Desired Skills English proficiency: B2 or higher. Practical experience with Windows OS, SQL Server, GIT, GitLab CI, Terraform, Ansible, C#, Powershell. Knowledge of DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. Willingness to learn new tools and excellent communication skills. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in Systems Administration, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering. Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science preferred.
