Their teams operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and infrastructure to deliver high-quality solutions and continuously evolve their systems. /ppbr/ppThis is a great opportunity to join them as a bDevOps Team Lead /b and play a key role in shaping their infrastructure and platform capabilities. /ppbr/ppbWHAT WILL YOU DO? /b /pulliExecute the infrastructure strategy and coordinate the DevOps team within an agile framework, aligning internal operational needs with product requirements and the overall technological vision. /liliLead the planning and execution of the infrastructure roadmap to balance internal technical evolution with product demands, ensuring predictable and transparent delivery. /liliAct as a mentor and technical reference for the team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and high performance. /liliDefine and oversee Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards and automation policies, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. /liliCollaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, acting as a technical enabler and ensuring the DevOps platform removes friction in the development lifecycle. /liliEnsure high availability and resilience of critical services by leading incident response protocols, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans. /liliPromote effective asynchronous communication through high-quality technical documentation, ensuring knowledge is accessible across the organization. /liliPEPLE MANAGEMENT (121, PR,) /li /ulpbr/ppbWHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION? /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field. /lili5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles. /lili2–3 years of experience leading or managing technical teams, with ownership of people development and roadmap prioritization. /liliExperience working with both legacy infrastructure and cloud environments. /liliExperience participating in infrastructure migration projects. /liliAWS certification (Associate or Professional level). /liliFluency in Spanish and English. /li /ulpbr/ppbTECHNICAL SKILLS /b /pulliHands-on experience with Terraform (intermediate level). /liliUnderstanding of deployment needs across different tech stacks (Java, PHP, Node.js, Rust). /liliStrong knowledge of GNU/Linux systems. /li /ulpbr/ppbSOFT SKILLS /b /pulliStrong stakeholder empathy, with a service-oriented mindset and focus on enabling other teams. /liliAbility to prioritize and negotiate effectively, balancing roadmap delivery with urgent operational needs. /liliStrong mentoring skills, with the ability to grow and elevate the technical capabilities of the team. /liliAbility to manage disagreements constructively, fostering a collaborative environment and avoiding blame culture. /li /ulpbr/ppbNICE TO HAVE /b /pulliExperience with containerization tools (Docker, Podman) and willingness to lead their implementation in production. /liliExperience with Ansible for infrastructure management. /liliKnowledge of MLS. /liliFamiliarity with Agile methodologies. /li /ulpbr/ppbWHAT DO WE OFFER YOU? /b /pulliFull-time position /liliContract directly with the client /liliCompetitive salary + perks /liliFlexible working hours and hybrid work environment. /liliLearning and development opportunities. /liliCollaborative and international work environment. /li /ul
