About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Digital / Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights across Lufthansa Group’s CRM, Inspiration, Search, and Booking platforms. You’ll partner closely with product teams and business stakeholders , shaping data-driven decisions that improve customer experience and digital performance in a fast-paced, international environment. Desplácese hacia abajo para obtener una visión general completa de lo que requerirá este trabajo. ¿Es usted el candidato adecuado para esta oportunidad?What you’ll do Act as the analytics partner between product, business, and data teams Deliver insights through advanced SQL analysis and storytelling Own product reporting and collaborate with Product Owners Design and consult on tracking and measurement across online & offline touchpoints Support Analytics, Data Management, CDP, and experimentation initiatives Lead and contribute to workshops and stakeholder sessions What you bring ~5–7 years in Digital Analytics / Data Analysis Strong SQL and Google Cloud BigQuery expertise Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker, Power BI, Tableau (or similar) Experience with Tag Management (Tealium / GTM) Solid understanding of Digital Marketing Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in Travel or Retail is a plus Nice to have CDP, personalization, A/B testing experience Ability to read/write code for tracking implementations Exposure to Adobe Analytics / Target or similar tools International project experience What do we offer YOU?
