From implementing cutting-edge monitoring tools to designing the future of the digital workplace, your work will have a direct impact on organizational productivity and satisfaction.Your Core Responsibilities:DEX Strategy: Design, deploy, and configure Digital Employee Experience solutions to monitor and improve device and application performance.Tool Implementation: Take ownership of DEX platforms (such as Nexthink or similar market leaders) to identify and resolve workplace friction proactively.Workplace Evolution: Contribute to the transformation of digital workplace services, including device management, virtualization, and proactive monitoring.Global Collaboration: Work within a high-standard international environment, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Analyze telemetry data to suggest enhancements in the employee's digital lifecycle.Who You Are (Requirements)DEX Expertise: Proven experience implementing and managing Digital Employee Experience technologies (e.g., Nexthink, Lakeside, or 1E).Workplace Background: Solid understanding of modern workplace services (Device Management, Virtualization, Intune/SCCM, etc.).International Experience: Previous experience working within large, global organizations is essential.Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate technical monitoring data into strategic workplace improvements.Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (C1-C2) is mandatory for daily international collaboration.Strategic Vision: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical squads and business leadership.What This Project OffersLong-term Stability: A full-time, ongoing freelance contract with a prestigious global firm.Strategic Weight: Lead a transformation project that is a top priority for the organization's global roadmap.Cutting-Edge Tech: Work with the latest DEX and Workplace analytics tools in the market.International Exposure: Collaborate with diverse teams across borders in a high-standard professional setting.Ready to redefine the digital employee experience?
