We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and motivated Maintenance Specialist to join our Maintenance Department and support the reliable operation of our biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.Las cualificaciones, habilidades y toda la experiencia relevante necesaria para este puesto se pueden encontrar en la descripción completa a continuación.Key Responsibilities:As a Maintenance Specialist , you will:Ensure accurate completion of maintenance records to guarantee full traceability of production-related activities in compliance with GMP requirements.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing quality, cost-efficiency, productivity, safety, and environmental performance.Maintain facilities and equipment in optimal operating condition, following manufacturer guidelines and internal procedures.Execute the annual preventive maintenance plan to ensure the proper functioning of plant equipment and utilities.Complete and maintain equipment control records, validation logs, usage books, and departmental performance indicators.Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to maintenance activities when assigned.Perform corrective maintenance interventions across manufacturing equipment and facility systems.Carry out maintenance operations required to ensure uninterrupted plant performance while complying with GMP standards.Assessment Criteria:Education:Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering or a related technical field.Languages:Intermediate English level (B1) is desirable.Work Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance environments.Nice to Have:Previous experience working under GMP-regulated environments.Experience maintaining industrial machinery and facility systems.Key Competencies:Teamwork and collaboration skills.Quick learning ability.Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.Why 3PBiovian?A permanent and stable position in a competitive growing company.A competitive time off package with 41 paid days of vacation.Flexible compensation plan, allowing all employees to allocate up to 30% of their gross annual salary to daily services exempt from income taxes (childcare, health insurance, academic training etc.)All new hires who reside outside Navarra are provided with a relocation service and/or assistance.Company benefits club, which allows 3PBIOVIAN employees to obtain exclusive prices and discounts on a multitude of products and services (Booking, FNAC, Rituals, El Corte Inglés etc.)3PBio is committed to the continuous, updated and personalized improvement of our personnel's learning.
