Overview
As Distribution Manager, you lead ICP warehousing, distribution and logistics to ensure fast, safe, and accurate flow from manufacturing to customers. You will drive continuous improvement across picking, shipping, inventory, and carrier management while partnering with Manufacturing, Planning and Customer Service. You contribute to a culture of operational excellence and safety, with a focus on OTIF, order fill, and cost control. This role offers impact across a global supply chain and opportunities to lead a multi-shift team in a fast-paced environment.

Requisitos principalesMinimum 5 years in distribution, warehousing, logistics or shipping ops2–3+ years in a management role leading 50–70+ employees across shiftsStrong end-to-end order fulfillment knowledge (delivery creation to ASN)Advanced SAP proficiency (transaction management and troubleshooting shipping issues)Experience with pick-and-pack, cross-docking and customer/retail distributionWMS familiarity, barcode/QR code tech and warehouse automationExperience with Lean, 5S/6S, root cause analysis and CI initiativesStrong English communication, stakeholder management and floor presenceKnowledge of labeling, ASN compliance, routing guides and chargeback avoidancestrong communicationstakeholder managementdisciplined executionSAPWMSbarcode/QR code technology
