pb Role Overview: /b /pp The Autonomous Vehicle Test Operator is responsible for operating and evaluating a self-driving vehicle in autonomous mode, including collecting data and providing feedback, and offering ride hail service to the general public. /p pb Eligibility: /b /pulli Must possess a valid Class B driver’s license and have at least five (5) years of professional / commercial experience as a Class B licensed driver to operate Class B vehicles. /li /ul pb Adventure-Packed Launch /b /pp Kick off your autonomous vehicle journey with a fully expense-paid training in the USA, covering travel, accommodation, and meals. Return to Madrid to take the wheel in cutting-edge AV operations, testing next-generation self-driving technology across diverse routes and shifts (40 hours/week, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight schedules). Build hands-on expertise in autonomous mobility, work with innovative technology, and benefit from continuous paid training—perfect for experienced drivers ready to be part of the future of transportation. /p pb Key responsibilities: /b /pp Operate/Drive autonomous vehicles on both defined and undefined routes, including a variety of environmental conditions - driving (some manual driving but primarily monitoring the vehicle#39;s behaviour in autonomous mode) and software monitoring and logging responsibilities and providing verbal feedback/directions about the autonomous vehicles (AV) environment. /p p● Test other aspects of our autonomous vehicles /pp● Complete timely and detailed ride reports for our operations and engineering teams /pp● Must be able to work specific shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends, as well as overnight shifts /pp● Maintain high standard of safety, inside and outside of the vehicle. /p pb Necessary Skills /b /pulli Proficiency with a laptop and Office apps (i.e., Gmail, Sheets and Docs) /lili Proficiency using a handheld device/touchscreen smartphone /lili Must have good attention to detail and be able to quickly and concisely describe their thoughts. /li /ul pb Physical requirements /b /pulli Occasional standing, walking, and long periods of sitting. /lili Use hands to finger; handle or feel; and talk or hear; climb stairs and/or ladders. /lili Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. /lili Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. /lili Must use close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. /lili Most work is accomplished outdoors in a vehicle. /li /ul
