We at Global SC e2e Planning Excellence support this ambition by driving strategy and excellence through innovation and digitalization, redesigning work, enabling people, and providing expertise within all the scope of planning SC which includes processes of demand-to-cash and plan-to-manufacture._**Job Purpose**The **E2E Inventory GPL (Global Process Lead)**is a strategic leader within the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE), responsible for defining, standardizing, and continuously evolving global inventory management processes. This role ensures process excellence, alignment with Sanofi’s strategic ambitions, and supports a high-performing, digitally enabled supply chain.As the global steward of inventory management processes, the GPL brings high level of functional expertise and leadership in his function/domain. The role ensures end-to-end integration across key business functions (Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance) and drives transformation through process harmonization, digital innovation, and robust governance.Operating at a strategic level, the GPL acts as the architect and change agent of the global inventory process landscape. The role leads global process governance, supports business value realization, and builds capability and consistency across regions, GBUs, and sites.**Key Accountabilities****Global Process Leadership**- Define and maintain the global inventory process architecture, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with the Sanofi Core Model.- Act as the process authority for all inventory-related global initiatives, policies, and decisions, working in close alignment with GBUs, Sites and Markets.**Core Model Stewardship and Maturity**- Own the inventory-related components of the global Core Model; continuously refine them to meet evolving business needs and ensure adherence across the organization.- Lead Core Model maturity assessments and performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities and drive adoption of best practices.**Cross-Functional Collaboration and Integration**- Partner with other Global GPLs (e.G., Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance) to ensure fully integrated end-to-end supply chain processes- Facilitate cross-domain alignment to promote a seamless flow of information and drive enterprise-wide process integration.**Strategic Change Enablement**- Lead the design and global rollout of process transformations and innovations in inventory management.- Lead strategic discussions and influence decision-making for technology enablement, master data governance, and compliance in inventory processes.**Global Governance and Standardization**- Govern the creation and maintenance of global process standards, GOPs, Playbooks, training documents, and user requirements documentation.Ensure consistent adoption of global standards through structured governance forums and extensive training programs.**Leadership of the Global Inventory Community of Practice**- Lead and nurture a strong community of practice across sites, GBUs, and functions, including Process Stewards, Data Stewards, and Key Users.- Provide strategic guidance and facilitate knowledge sharing to promote consistency and process maturity across the network.**Audit & Compliance Readiness**- Ensure process and system readiness for internal and external audits through robust control frameworks and governance standards.- Partner with Controlling and other functions to support global control self-assessments (CSA) and compliance initiatives.**About you**:**Skills/Expertise/Experience**- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in global inventory management within a complex, matrixed, and multinational environment—preferably in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.- Proven expertise in leading process governance, digital transformation, and change initiatives for inventory or supply chain functions.- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP), advanced planning tools (preferable Kinaxis), and inventory visibility platforms.- Fluent in English (verbal and written); proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.**Preferred Skills/Expertise/Experience**- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and KPI/dashboard development.- Skilled in scenario planning, risk-benefit analysis, and structured problem-solving approaches.- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without authority in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.- High comfort level with ambiguity and transformation, with a strong orientation
