This role will provide hands-on exposure to key commercial and analytical areas of the business, supporting both Traffic & Retention and E-Merchandising / Inventory Management activities.The internship is structured around two main missions, allowing the intern to gain experience across multiple eCommerce functions.Key Responsibilities:Traffic & Retention (first mission)Support monitoring of traffic channels (Organic & Paid).Analyze performance metrics and identify trends and opportunities.Assist in retention-related initiatives and performance tracking.E-Merchandising & Inventory Management (second mission)Support ad-hoc analyses related to product pricing and inventory.Develop and maintain dashboards around the Price Monitoring Tool.Provide insights to optimize pricing and merchandising decisions.Profile & RequirementsEducation:Business School student (e.g., ESADE or similar), preferably specializing in Digital, Business Analytics, or related fields.Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and data analysis.Comfortable working with Excel; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented.Fluent in English.Internship ConditionsDuration: 6 months with the possibility of renewal for an additional 6 months.Start date: As soon as possible, aligned with academic internship periods.Working hours: 9:00 to 18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break.
