At least3 years of experience in Editique or customer communication management(CCM), including designing models and programming mass-production processes in omnichannel environments (paper & digital).
Fluency in French, other languages are a plus.
Experience with Serie M de KWSoft or Docbridge de Compart (highly valued).
Strong knowledge ofJava EE, JavaScript, REST, Linux, Shell scripting, Python, HTML/HTML5, XML, SQL (Oracle preferred).
Experience with document modeling tools for omnichannel distribution.
SCRUM Master certification is a plus.
High capacity for autonomous work, teamwork, and use of AI tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.¿What will you do with us?
Analyze and develop evolutions of the editing and customer communication platform based on requirements or agile methodology, collaborating with Product Managers and Product Owners.
Participate in the maintenance and support of the platform, ensuring performance, security, scalability, and service levels agreed with business areas.
Develop, test, and document modules, models, and processes.
Collaborate with other development teams, functional analysts, and technical teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and quality of applications.
Assist in user support and incident resolution, maintaining high service standards.
Participate in requirement reviews, technical-functional specifications, and technological watch to evolve methods, tools, and standards.¿What’s the team like?
