The position is based in Bilbao , and fluent English is required , as the role involves participation in a variety of national and international projects.Define and establish electrical design criteria in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards-Report to the Discipline Leader and actively collaborate in project planning and technical management-Perform and/or review electrical engineering calculations, studies, and technical analyses-Prepare, review, and validate key electrical discipline documents for projects and proposals-Review and approve electrical engineering deliverables to ensure quality and compliance-Participate in and support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Electrical Department-Mentor, support, and train junior and less experienced engineersBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, or Mining Engineer with specialization in Energy).-10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, including at least 8 years in detailed engineering for power generation or industrial projects (Oil & Gas, refining, or petrochemical).-Proven experience in the design of MV/LV electrical installations for industrial and power generation facilities.-Availability and willingness to travel as required by project needs.-Demonstrated ability to work effectively on complex engineering challengesProficiency in MS Office Suite.Experience with electrical engineering software tools (ETAP, SKM Power Tools, SmartElectrical, Dialux) is considered a plusEnglish: Spanish: A permanent contract with Neotalent Conclusion and you will join the team of one of our main clients.~ You will be able to enjoy a flexible compensation plan (Restaurant Card, Transport Card, Childcare Vouchers, Private Medical Insurance), professional projection and training.~ Work on challenging projects for big and national/international clients~ Possibility of working remotely (2 days per week)~...
