Responsibilities: Contacting with customers with collections pending Chasing outstanding debt. Reconciling claim accounts. Coordinating with back office the accounts updating. Forwarding claim discrepancies queries to the corresponding destination office for clarification. Weekly report about status of claim balances. Coordinating with credit control the review of clients' credit limits.
