We’re headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.No deje pasar esta oportunidad, inscríbase rápidamente si su experiencia y habilidades coinciden con lo que se indica en la siguiente descripción.JOB DESCRIPTION:This role is responsible for Order to Cash activities (Collections, Billing, Backoffice) with our clients.Responsibilities:Contacting with customers with collections pendingChasing outstanding debt.Reconciling claim accounts.Coordinating with back office the accounts updating.Forwarding claim discrepancies queries to the corresponding destination office for clarification.Weekly report about status of claim balances.Coordinating with credit control the review of clients’ credit limits.Requirements:Languages: Good level of English and SpanishMicrosoft office (specially excel)Good negotiation skillsGood communication and organizational skillsAt HBX Group, we believe that diversity drivesinnovation and makestravel a force for good.
