Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a highly experienced and rigorous professional to join our People / HR function in a critical role combining Employee Benefits, Flexible Compensation, Payroll, and Labor Relations.
This position requires deep technical expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to challenge the status quo to continuously improve processes and employee experience.
Your key responsibilities:
As an Employee Benefits Expert you will:
Own the end-to-end management of employee benefits and flexible compensation programs, such as meal vouchers, transport, childcare, training, health insurance, company car, pension plans, savings and insurance products.
Ensure full understanding and correct application of benefit schemes, including descricao rules, limits, and employee elections.
Assess and manage the tax, payroll, and Social Security impact of each benefit and flexible compensation component, translating benefit choices into correct payroll concepts: earnings, deductions, taxable and non‑taxable elements.
Ensure correct application of benefits and flexible compensation in payroll calculations.
Ensure compliance with Spanish labor, tax, and Social Security legislation.
Provide support on labor relations topics, collective agreements, employment benefits regulations and internal policies.
Act as subject‑matter expert, advising HR, Finance, and employees on benefit‑related matters.
Lead benefit audits and controls to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Ensure high data quality, governance, and reporting standards.
Drive improvements and simplification of benefit processes.
Manage and optimize benefit and payroll‑related processes in Workday.
Ensure accurate data flow between benefits, payroll, taxation, and Social Security reporting.
Benefits vendor management (SLAs, day‑to‑day controls, contract management)

Strong, hands‑on experience in Employee Benefits and Flexible Compensation management (at least 5 years of experience).
Deep knowledge of Spanish labor law, tax regulations, and Social Security framework in relation employee benefits.

Proven experience integrating benefits and payroll processes.
Operational experience with Workday (benefits & compensation modules).
High level of English (working language; both written and spoken).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.
Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity and critical thinking capability.
Continuous improvement mindset: always looking for better, simpler, and more efficient ways of working.
High level of flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Tus responsabilidades claves:
Gestionar de principio a fin los programas de beneficios para empleados y compensación flexible, tales como vales de comida, transporte, cuidado infantil, formación, seguro de salud, coche de empresa, planes de pensiones, productos de ahorro y seguros.
Garantizar la comprensión completa y la correcta aplicación de los esquemas de beneficios, incluyendo reglas de elegibilidad, límites y elecciones de las personas empleadas.
Evaluar y gestionar el impacto fiscal, de nómina y de Seguridad Social de cada beneficio y componente de compensación flexible, traduciendo las elecciones de beneficios en conceptos correctos de nómina: devengos, deducciones, elementos sujetos y no sujetos a tributación.
Asegurar la correcta aplicación de beneficios y compensación flexible en los cálculos de nómina.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral, fiscal y de Seguridad Social española.
Dar soporte en temas de statici, convenios de collectively, regulaciones sobre benefits laborales y políticas internas.
Actuar como persona experta en la materia, asesorando a HR, Finanzas y a las personas empleadas en cuestiones relacionadas con benefits.
Liderar auditorías y controles de benefits para garantizar la exactitud y el cumplimiento normativo.
Asegurar altos estándares de calidad de datos, gobernanza y reporting.
Impulsar mejoras y simplificación en los procesos de benefits.
Gestionar y optimizar procesos relacionados con benefits y nómina en Workday.
Garantizar un flujo de理デ 成 entre benefits, nómina, fiscalidad y reporting a la Seguridad Social.
Gestión de proveedores de benefits (-poly, controles diarios, gestión de contratos).
¿Qué buscamos?
Experiencia sólida y práctica en gestión de Employee Benefits y Flexible Compensation (al menos 5 años de experiencia).
Conocimiento profundo de la legislación laboral española, normativa fiscal y marco de Seguridad Social en relación con beneficios para empleados.
Experiencia demostrada en la integración de procesos de benefits y nómina.
Experiencia operativa con Workday (módulos de benefits y compensation).
Nivel alto de inglés (idioma de trabajo; tanto escrito como hablado).
Mentalidad analítica con capacidad para interpretar datos y normativas complejas.
Gran capacidad de aprendizaje, curiosidad intelectual y pensamiento crítico.
Mentalidad de mejora continua: siempre buscando formas mejores, más simples y eficientes de trabajar.
Alto nivel de flexibilidad y adaptabilidad en un entorno cambiante.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.
