As an Engagement Consultant at Workwell Global, you will play a vital role in supporting contractors beyond initial registration. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service throughout their journey, ensuring compliance, clear communication, and a seamless experience. Reporting to the Compliance Operations Manager (EU), you will be responsible for managing documentation, maintaining CRM records, and liaising with accountants and other stakeholders to support contractor onboarding, project readiness, and ongoing engagement.
Responsibilities
Managing compliance documentation to complete worker profiles and ensure readiness before project start.
Registering and de‑registering contractors, including communication with accountants and internal teams.
Following up with accountants to ensure timely responses and approvals.
Maintaining regular contact with contractors to build rapport and keep them informed of changes.
Updating CRM records with new deals, contractor information, and registration status.
Handling applications for expat tax management and liaising with accountants for approvals.
Responding to customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborating with internal departments and external providers to enhance service delivery.
Keeping SharePoint folders organized and up to date.
Updating internal guidelines, templates, and practical case forms.
Continuously seeking workflow improvements to enhance contractor experience. Update information on forms regarding practical cases.
Keep looking for ways to improve workflows, i.e., better processes and ways of working to support our offer and experience for those registered to our services.
Qualifications
Can clearly articulate the registration process and guide contractors through it.
Has strong knowledge of accounting, compliance, tax returns, and deregistration processes.
Understands various contract types and can select appropriate documentation.
Maintains accurate CRM records and communicates updates effectively.
Is familiar with immigration processes and can liaise with lawyers and contractors to gather necessary documentation.
Can confidently communicate time‑sensitive information such as tax deadlines and payment instructions.
Is proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Office 365) and general data entry.
Demonstrates excellent communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills.
Is proactive, organised, IT‑savvy, and has a positive, accountable approach to work.
Essential Requirement: Communicates professionally in English; additional languages (French or German) are a plus.
Salary 28,000 € – 32,000 € depending on experience and skills for the role | Mon – Wed 9:00 – 18:00, Thu 9:00 – 17:30, Fri 9:00 – 16:00 | Full Time, Permanent | Barcelona Office | Office Based Initially | WFH Monday after probation period.
