- Own the 6–12 month technical roadmap for AWS infrastructure, networking, and foundational tooling
- Lead AWS cloud operations strategy to maximize security, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of core infrastructure components
- Drive global platform integration within AWS for new subsidiaries and M&A with standardized provisioning
- Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance to engineers and tech leads

- 3+ years of Engineering Management experience with direct team leadership
- Mandatory experience in a highly regulated industry with strong compliance and security knowledge
- Proven track record managing internal and external audit processes affecting core platforms
- Deep expertise in large-scale AWS infrastructure
- Expertise in Kubernetes, containers, IaC (Terraform), and modern CI/CD practices
- Experience driving Observability, Platform Security (IAM, Network Security), and cost management initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
