As Engineering Manager, you lead a team responsible for critical customer lifecycle domains like Person Master Data, Tax & Exemption Orders, and Power of Attorney within a new Valencia tech hub. You cultivate a high-trust environment, align technical strategy with business goals, and drive continuous improvement to deliver performant, compliant systems that boost customer satisfaction. You’ll shape architecture, foster growth, and partner with HR, PO, and stakeholders to manage top priorities. This role offers impact at scale in a pioneering banking-focused initiative.

• Strategic Stack Stewardship: justify coexistence of Reactive Kotlin and MVC Spring Boot for business needs
• Cross-Paradigm Coaching & Integrated Domain Expertise: mentor across stacks and align with domain regulations
• Strategic Talent Acquisition for Stack Agility: recruit for immediate stack expertise or fast-learning potential
