About this role Location: Spain, Madrid Responsibilities # Develop and manage the overall delivery plan for Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) projects in Europe, continuously monitoring project progress and proactively identifying and correcting deviations to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. # Lead project kick-off activities, including project planning, risk identification, and mitigation; coordinate internal andexternal stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration across all project phases. # Assess and confirm customer site readiness and implementation conditions; take ownership of on-site project execution, deployment management, and schedule control to ensure projects are delivered according to plan. # Closely track on-site implementation, respond promptly to customer issues, and effectively resolve technical or coordination challenges to drive projects through successful acceptance and handover. # Establish, maintain, and continuously improve project documentation throughout the project lifecycle; conduct regular projectreviews and lessons-learned sessions to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Requirements # Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline. # Proven experience in overseas engineering project management, with hands-on delivery experience in AMR, mobile robotics, or automation system implementation strongly preferred. # Solid knowledge of project management processes and methodologies, with strong capabilities in risk identification, mitigation, and cross-functional / cross-border resource coordination. # Strong customer-facing communication and on-site coordination skills, with the ability to independently manage complex and dynamic project environments. # Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to use both as working languages. # Strong sense of ownership and execution, with the flexibility to travel internationally and work on overseas project sites as required.
