Wall Street English is looking for an English Language Coach to join our center in Barcelona.As Coach you are central to your Students’ learning. Through providing a nurturing, fun and interactive learning environment and building relationships with Students, you have a unique opportunity to change their personal and professional futures.As Coach, you will provide a personalized educational experience that is supportive, effective and engaging. A Coach’s main objective is to ensure that Student’s learn effectively, progress through their course and reach their personal goals. Each Student will need varying levels of support, approaches, and teaching techniques to maximize their learning. In this role you will be required to adapt to and anticipate each individual’s needs and inspire them to succeed.Essential Duties Include:Understanding each individual learner’s psychology and provide guidance to Students that is personalized, supportive and motivatingDeveloping strong relationships with Students that are built on trustPromoting the Wall Street English Method and an all English environment in consistent and creative waysKeeping up to date and informed of Student progress to provide appropriate supportEnsuring that each person that walks into the Center is greeted with a warm and friendly welcomeManaging the Reception area, and keeping it organized and tidyDriving Student progress through proactively booking Students into classesBeing an ambassador for your Center by engaging Students and motivating them on every occasion, as well of taking care of prospects to help support salesProviding information and advice on incoming call and to walk-insAttending staff meetings and training sessionsSpecific Teaching Duties:Provide onboarding to new Students in order to explain how studying works at Wall Street English and guarantee educational controlProviding personalized feedback, coaching and support through Advising Sessions to ensure Students reach their goalsFollowing-up with Students throughout the different stage of their courseSpecific Reception Duties:Receiving visitors in person and on the phone in a timely mannerSupporting Students by booking classes through various channelsLiaising with Service and Sales team members to provide feedback on Students’ concernsCelebrating Members’ milestones and success in-center and on-lineMinimum requirements:University DegreeLegally able to work in the EUUnderstanding of or experience within teaching or coachingComputer literateWillingness to work a flexible schedule based on Students’ needsExcellent interpersonal skills – patient, responsible, and empatheticInspiring and supportive to StudentsService MindedDedicated and dynamic within a team environmentBackground within service/hospitality/educational sectorFluent SpanishA high level of spoken and written English (minimum B2 level)With Wall Street English you will go further.We are Wall Street English, the premier provider of English language instruction for individuals and corporate clients around the world.
