About the roleAs a Conformity Governance & Certification Manager (m/f), you are responsible for ensuring company-wide compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and certifications. In this role you will establish clear governance structures, enable structured decision‑making, and ensure audit readiness across products, markets, and operations. You will collaborate closely with business, IT, and leadership teams to drive transparency, consistency, and the successful execution of certification programs in an international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and assess regulations, standards, and certifications relevant to products and marketsAnalyze business impact (risks, costs, opportunities) of regulatory changesDefine and manage conformity obligations and translate them into clear control objectivesEnsure traceability, documentation, and audit readinessEstablish and maintain governance frameworks, including roles (RACI) and decision processesOrganize and lead Conformity Committee meetings and support escalation processesMaintain the Conformity roadmap and register, including change tracking and communicationLead the certification program, including planning, audits, and coordination with external bodiesEnsure strong collaboration between business, IT, and compliance stakeholdersEssential RequirementsDegree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, Business Informatics, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, conformity governance, or certification managementStrong expertise in regulatory frameworks, standards, and certification processesGovernance models, control frameworks, and audit readinessExperience working in complex, international environmentsAbility to translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable control objectivesStructured, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and interact confidently with senior stakeholdersReliable and well‑organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and driving topics independentlyCollaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvementFluent English level C1 minimumAdditional Valuable ExperienceExperience in global or matrix organizationsKnowledge of certification bodies and audit coordinationBackground in regulated industriesExperience in transformation or governance projectsAdditional languages such as German or SpanishPre‑Employment VerificationRIB podrá exigir a todos los candidatos seleccionados que superen un control de experiencia y antecedentes antes de empezar a trabajar.
