The Adecco Group is seeking a visionary and experienced Global Enterprise Architect to lead and drive the architecture for the Akkodis Global Business Unit (GBU), with a primary focus on the Consulting service line, as well as overseeing the architecture for TAG Outsourcing. This strategic role is pivotal in shaping the future of our business capabilities, ensuring the seamless integration of technology, business processes, and service delivery to enable growth and operational excellence on a global scale. EA Main mission: The main mission of the Enterprise architect is aligning technology strategy with business goals. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining the enterprise-wide architecture framework, ensuring that IT investments and solutions are scalable, secure, and future-ready. The Enterprise Architect acts as a bridge between business and technology, guiding the organization through digital transformation and innovation. Key Responsibilities Architectural Leadership: Define and communicate a comprehensive enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap for Akkodis GBU (Consulting service line) and TAG Outsourcing, aligning with The Adecco Group’s global objectives. Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business strategies into architectural high-level landscape blueprints and roadmaps that help to converge across markets. Solution Design & Governance: Oversee the design of robust, scalable, and secure solutions that support consulting and outsourcing business models, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and best practices. Technology Ecosystem Management: Evaluate and select enabling technologies, platforms, and tools to support business transformation, innovation, cost reduction, and improved efficiency. Transformation & Change Management: Act as a thought leader and advocate for enterprise architecture within the organization. Risk & Compliance: Ensure that architectural solutions adhere to security, privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements across all operating regions. Required Qualifications & Experience 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in an architecture or strategic technology leadership role. Experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise modernization initiatives. Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and best practices. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.G., TOGAF…) Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
