Responsibilities

Develop a search strategy that ensures headhunted talent moves smoothly through the pipeline.
Coach senior leadership teams to drive hiring outcomes, enabling them to become experts in attracting exceptional talent.
Drive talent analytics, using SQL or Python to provide real‑time insights and identify trends in data.
Conduct in‑depth behavioural talent interviews, providing insight into motivations and behaviours.
Build key relationships with global stakeholders, monitor hiring activities, and ensure consistency in operational processes.
Seek continuous improvement in hiring processes and outcomes.
Champion diversity and inclusion, removing unconscious bias from the hiring process and ensuring the sourcing strategy supports this.

Qualifications

Professional experience of headhunting from an executive search firm or in‑house search function, with a strong track record in the Technology industry.
Experience with market mapping and talent identification tools.
Strong analytical problem‑solving ability, proficient in SQL or Python for data analysis.
Experience conducting behavioural and competency‑based interviews, with the ability to train stakeholders.
Academic background: Bachelors or Masters in Psychology, People Analytics, or a related field, with a good level of math from high school.
High level of personal organisation to work remotely and be effective.
Willingness to travel to company events 2‑4 times a year, up to two weeks each.

Advanced analytical and statistical modelling of data.
Exposure to Greenhouse ATS, Thomas International, DISC profiling and psychometric validity metrics.
