Hi Homes is a fast-growing, tech-enabled real estate agency specialising in buyers, resales, and new developments across the Costa del Sol.
With one of the strongest digital lead engines on the coast, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for experienced Buyer Agents ready to perform.This is a sales-first role.
We generate the leads, provide the systems and support — you focus on advising clients and closing deals.
What You’ll Get
Inbound buyer leads from clients actively looking to buy property on the Costa del Sol.30%–65% commission, based on performance.Earnings from €10,000 / month, with top performers exceeding €20,000 / month.No desk fees, no marketing deductions, no hidden costs.Full back-office, legal & after-sales support.Strong digital exposure, including YouTube (@HiHomes).24 / 7 access to a state-of-the-art office that will wow your clients.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of real estate experience on the Costa del Sol (preferred).Proven ability to close property or high-value sales.Fluent English (plus Spanish, Dutch, German, French, Swedish, Danish, Polish).Own car & driver’s licence.Comfortable working commission-only as an autónomo (or willing to register).
