This role is crucial for performing demonstrations, conducting instrument installations, solving customers' clinical application problems, providing essential training for our customers, and offering technical application support to Sales Representatives. /ppThis position reports to the Manager Field Application Microbiology Iberia and is part of the Beckman Coulter Microbiology working remotely to cover Center Area of Spain. /ph3In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To /h3ulliPerform demonstrations, conduct instrument installations, and provide essential training for customers. /liliSolve customers' clinical application problems and provide technical applications support to Sales Representatives. /liliWork closely with the regional/local team to protect, maintain, and grow company business by effectively supporting the installed base. /liliCommunicate technical and clinical information, ensuring customers use instruments efficiently and skillfully in appropriate applications. /liliDrive the continuous improvement of activities and processes which add value to the customer and business, monitoring customer satisfaction targets. /li /ulh3The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Biomedical or equivalent. /lili1+ years of clinical Microbiology laboratory experience. /liliFluent in English speaking and writing. /liliValid driver’s license. /li /ulh3Travel, Motor Vehicle Record Physical/Environment Requirements /h3ulliAbility to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory/region, including overnight stays as required. /liliMust have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. /li /ulpBeckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
