Multilingual Service Support Engineer – Madrid, Spain

Our client is looking for a Service Support Engineer to join their team in Madrid. This role is focused on providing remote technical support for complex systems, assisting both customers and internal teams, and ensuring a high level of service across the EMEAI region.
The ideal candidate will combine strong problem‑solving skills with a service‑oriented mindset. You'll be working in an international environment, supporting installations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and helping to improve overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering remote support via phone, email, and chat to customers, distributors, and colleagues
Troubleshooting issues related to Central Control systems, software, and network connectivity
Managing service‑related tasks such as database migrations, remote diagnostics, and system optimisation
Preparing and delivering technical training sessions, both online and in‑person
Contributing to service process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Supporting timely service plan renewals and other value‑added service offerings
Required profile:
Degree in Engineering, Agronomy, IT or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in technical support or help desk environments
Strong technical understanding of wireless/mobile networks and remote support tools
Clear, confident communicator with a structured and analytical approach
Able to work independently and in collaboration with international teams
Willing to travel up to 10%
Languages:
Fluency in English
In addition, either German or Italian
