Social network you want to login/join with:Client:KardexLocation:Job Category:OtherEU work permit required:YesJob Reference:Job Views:2Posted:Expiry Date:Job Description:Field Service Technician work focuses on installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations.Responsibilities:Preventative & corrective maintenance of Kardex systems & solutionsComplete jobs in a timely manner according to set quality standardsCustomer training (Operator, Health & Safety, Maintenance, etc.)Generate leadsAdministrative management tasks (reporting, personal spare parts inventory, etc.)Provide remote diagnostics (via phone or remote connection)On-call service to customersPLC troubleshooting & diagnosticsBasic Software troubleshootingUnderstand, promote and advise on Kardex Remstar products and servicesMain Accountabilities:Adhere to local Health and safety regulationsPositively represent the company with all external & internal stakeholdersContribute to the performance of the team by displaying a positive and enthusiastic attitude, showing support and involvement in all activitiesEnsure all customer feedback is recorded in a structured and professional manner to support our continuous improvement cultureSupport the growth of Kardex Remstar by promoting a positive and professional image of our business at all timesAct as a trusted advisorProfile:Training/Education: Good general standard of education, Mechanic/Electronic/Electrical degree or training, CompTIA A+ or similar experienceProfessional Experience: Experience in field customer service, familiarity with diagnostic methods, basic computer skills, technical/mechanical/electronic experience, experience with interfacing and integrating mechatronic machines into software systems like warehouse management and ERP, experience in industrial communication (Field bus, Ethernet, etc.), experience with onsite health and safetyLeadership/Other: Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, confident, assertive team player, good interpersonal skills, ambitious, willing to travel, service-minded, English CEFR Level B1 (intermediate), B2 (upper intermediate); German/other languages valued; local language proficiencyMechanical/Electronic Training: Familiar with diagnostic methods, troubleshooting skills, basic software programming knowledge, logistics knowledge/experience a plus, ability to work at height, willingness to travel, car license#J-18808-Ljbffr
