In today's competitive and ever-changing markets, it is the added value we offer our customers that makes the vital difference.ES10061-ESPANA AL AIR LIQUIDE ESPAÑA, S.A.Prestar el servicio de Instalaciones en Cliente conforme a las políticas del Grupo, para alcanzar la excelencia en términos de operación (eficiencia y eficacia), seguridad y satisfacción cliente, de acuerdo con la reglamentación externa, los compromisos contractuales con los clientes, y los procedimientos del Industrial Management System,Dentro de la Dirección Iberica de Instalaciones y Mantenimiento y bajo la supervisión de un Manager Regional, OPERAR LAS INSTALACIONES EN CLIENTES CONFORME A REQUISITOS CONTRACTUALES, OBJETIVOS DE OPERACIÓN, PLAZO Y GESTIÓN- Operación óptima y segura de las instalaciones para alcanzar los objetivos definidos. - Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos contractuales. - Gestionar y ejecutar eficazmente los planes de mantenimiento establecidos. - Cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos de la Actividad. - Seguimiento, control y análisis de indicadores operacionales. Propuesta de acciones correctoras en caso de desviaciones. - Creación y mantenimiento de stock de repuestos conforme a indicaciones de la Actividad. - Análisis y diagnóstico de averías. Comunicación a equipos centrales. - Identificación de iniciativas de mejora y eficiencia. - Realizar los interfaces con clientes internos y externos con profesionalidad y la sensibilidad adecuada. - Cumplimiento de la política de Compras. - Coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de los trabajos realizados por empresas externas. - Feedback a los equipos centrales para mejora de las políticas de mantenimiento y los estándares de diseño.2. CUMPLIMIENTO DE REQUISITOS LEGALES Y POLÍTICAS DEL GRUPO EN MATERIA DE SEGURIDAD, CALIDAD, MEDIO AMBIENTE, SISTEMAS, PROCESOS Y OBJETIVOS- Cumplimiento de la normativa externa e interna del grupo en materia de Seguridad, Calidad, Medio Ambiente e Industrial Management System. - Interlocución con HSEQR para garantizar la coordinación de actividades y generación de documentación específica en materia de Seguridad y Reglamentación. - Identificación de iniciativas de seguridad, calidad y planes integrales. - Identificar e implementar innovaciones e iniciativas ligadas a mejorar la satisfacción del cliente. - Garantizar la trazabilidad de las intervenciones realizadas en las instalaciones conforme a las políticas definidas. - Cumplimiento de los procedimientos aplicables a las Actividad. - Participación en auditorías internas y externas de la Actividad. - Identificación de mejoras de los procesos."3.
