Memorae is looking for aFinancial Managerwith both strategic and hands-on capabilities, able to build and lead the finance function in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.About the roleThe selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s financial infrastructure, working closely with leadership to support key decision-making and investor relations.Key responsibilitiesBuild and maintainadvanced financial models
Prepare, manage, and optimizebudgets and forecasts
Integrate and manage multipleaccounting and financial platforms
Produceregular financial reporting(KPIs, cash flow, P&L, etc.)
Prepareinvestor reportsand stakeholder updates
Lead and preparedue diligence processes(fundraising, audits, M&A)
Define, track, and analyzefinancial OKRs
Design and optimizeinternational tax structures
Oversee financial operations across multiple jurisdictions:
United States
Ireland
Andorra
Manage relationships with external advisors (tax, legal, accounting)
Support strategic processes: fundraising, expansion, cost optimizationRequirementsPrevious experience as Financial Manager / Finance Lead / CFO inhigh-growth startups
Strong knowledge ofinternational taxation(especially US, Ireland, and Andorra)
Proven experience buildingcomplex financial models
Experience preparinginvestor reportingand managingdue diligence processes
Advanced proficiency in financial tools (Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, ERPs)
Highlyanalytical, autonomous, and results-driven
Ability to operate in fast-changing, demanding environmentsNice to haveExperience infundraising processes
Background in finance consulting or audit
