URGENT HIRING Finance Team Lead (F&A) | Porto | On-Site Location: Porto, Portugal Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 Days Off: Saturday and Sunday Work Model: On-Site Salary: 1,500euro x 14 months + bonus + benefits + meal allowance Accommodation provided if needed Role: Finance Team Lead (AP / ARO2C / R2R / GL) We are urgently seeking a Finance Team Lead with C1C2 English fluency to supervise and develop our Finance & Accounting team across multiple operational areas. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor the Finance & Accounting team across AP, AR/O2C, R2R, and GL. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely achievement of all SLAs and KPIs. Manage invoice processing, payments, collections, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries. Required Skills & Experience English level C1C2 (mandatory). Proven experience leading finance teams in AP, AR-O2C, R2R, or GL functions. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with excellent communication abilities. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday). Experience with multi-country and multi-currency operations is an advantage. What We Offer 1,500euro salary paid over 14 months. Bonus plan, benefits, and meal allowance.
