With c. €1.2B under management and new strategies in development, we are looking to hire a Financial Analyst who wants to be an active part of this growth phase and develop their career in a high-level professional environment. Qualitas Equity Funds, SGEIC, S.A. is a private equity management company and subsidiary of Ridgepost Capital. The firm develops various investment strategies, including fund of funds, co-investments, and NAV financing operations, and is in the process of launching a new secondaries line. Qualitas' strategic objectives involve a significant phase of business growth and international expansion, which will increase financial activity, reporting, and coordination with various providers and jurisdictions. The person will join by participating directly in the daily operations of the management company and in the evolution of its processes, being an active part of this development stage. Role Description The Financial Analyst will provide direct support to the CFO, the finance team, and the corporate control area in their internal and external responsibilities. The person will participate from day one in the department's processes and will progressively assume greater operational responsibility, becoming a reference in different areas as they acquire knowledge of the management company's operations. This is a dynamic environment, with new projects and structures in continuous development, where the person will have cross-functional exposure to the business and the operation of investment vehicles. Requirements Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields Experience: 1–2 years of experience, preferably in the financial sector (financial audit, financial consulting, or similar) Languages: High level of English (essential for interaction with international providers) Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel Valuable (not essential) Knowledge of fund accounting or investment vehicles Previous experience in management companies, private equity funds, investment banking, or family offices Financial certifications in progress or completed (CFA Level I, MFIA, etc.) Knowledge of reporting tools or financial ERP systems Experience in international or multi-jurisdictional environments
