Funciones y responsabilidadesAt Eatable Adventures, we are looking for a Financial Controller to strengthen our Finance team and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, control, and insight as the business continues to grow.This is a great opportunity for a finance professional with solid controlling and accounting experience who enjoys working close to the business and contributing to strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Financial Controller, you will work closely with the CFO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable financial information and strong financial governance across all regions.Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with a high level of accuracy.Managing cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Monitoring budget vs. actuals and analyzing variances to provide clear insights.Ensuring consistency and integrity of accounting data, accruals, and reconciliations.Supervising and supporting the accounting function, including direct oversight of the accountant.Overseeing employee expense settlements and ensuring compliance with internal policies.Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.Maintaining relationships with financial institutions, external advisors, and auditors.Contributing to the improvement of financial processes, controls, and reporting tools.Acting as a finance partner for other teams, translating numbers into business insights.Tu perfilWho you areBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in controlling, accounting, audit, or similar finance rolesStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reportingAdvanced Excel/Google sheets skills and experience with ERP / financial systemsAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to work autonomously while collaborating closely with senior stakeholdersExperience in fast-growing, international, or dynamic environments is a plus.
