We are recruiting for an important aircraft company, a Fleet Manager. Reporting directly to the Group COO, this position is responsible for the end-to-end management of the aircraft fleet, combining strategic planning with day-to-day operational oversight. The role is central to maximizing fleet efficiency, asset value, and commercial performance while ensuring alignment across regions and functions. The Fleet Manager works closely with manufacturers, lessors, and internal teams to drive fleet standardization, support investment decisions, and contribute to procurement and tender activities. The position can be based in any of the company’s European offices, including Portugal, Spain, Italy, Sweden, or Norway.
