As part of the Material & Support area within A/C MRO material planning, the candidate will be responsible for managing spare parts and materials for military and civil helicopter maintenance and repair tasks.
Responsibilities
Manage spare parts for military and civil helicopters undergoing inspection/repair at MRO AHE facilities (NH90 & TIGER programme), and support other programmes such as Super Puma, Puma and H135; coordinate with finance, planning, engineering, workshop quality, purchases, customer reception and spare‑parts warehouse.
Control, monitor and provide information on spare‑parts status so that deadlines for each work order are met, feeding workshop engineering, client and finance teams.
Carry out monthly billing for spare parts, chemicals and consumables installed in helicopters and communicate to customers for approval.
Manage material for retrofit tasks for various programmes (AHF, AHD Cougar, etc.), including shipping, purchasing of missing items, reservation and release of required material.
Oversee chemicals and consumables needed in the workshop for maintenance development, handling purchase and delivery across warehouses; prepare annual chemical forecasts for platform and non‑platform stocks (minimum replenishment quantities).
Address warehouse incidents and receive both purchased material and material supplied by clients.
Assign stations for helicopters entering the plant for maintenance and provide periodic reports to the relevant departments as work progresses.
Support the compilation of missing documentation for supplied materials.
Develop the BEe‑MRO project and SAP 4HANNA integration.
Analyse and execute customer requirements.
Achieve customer satisfaction objectives.
Structure and coordinate internal and external supply chain activities in line with departmental objectives.
Manage control and delivery of parts required by MRO needs to meet the On‑Time Delivery (OTD) objective.
Control Spares/Repairs MRO needs to achieve operational performance (OP) and secure profit objectives.
Qualifications
Business Administration degree.
High level English language skills.
Experience with SAP MM module.
Knowledge of AECMA 2000 regulation.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Customer‑orientated mindset.
Ability to work under pressure.
