Join before it gets crowded.Pillar was born in 2025. Today we're around 75 people, we work with 800+ construction companies, we raised €12M in 2026, and we're now launching our international expansion. We're rebuilding the operating system of construction — digitizing it through data, AI, automation and financial services. We started in Italy, where we became the reference tool for construction SMEs. Spain is next. The playbook for this market is being written right now, and you'd be one of the authors. Why nowThere are companies you join once everything's already built, and companies where you get in before that. Pillar is still the second kind. Specifically, for you:Spain is a blank page. You won't inherit a playbook — you'll write one. You'll be the first voice of Pillar that construction companies in Spain ever hear. You'll work close to the founders and watch a market entry get built from zero.A real path to grow. Promotions happen fast for those who earn them. What you'll doYour mission: turn interest from construction companies across Spain into a healthy sales pipeline.Prospect. Build and work your own lists — construction firms in target segments, reached by phone, WhatsApp, and email.Qualify. Figure out whether the prospect's real problem is one Pillar can solve. Filter out what isn't a fit; nurture what isn't ready yet.Book demos. When a lead is qualified, hand it to the AE who owns that market with enough context for them to run a sharp first call. Their wins are also yours.Own your pipeline. Keep HubSpot accurate. If it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen.Feed the playbook. You'll talk to more construction companies in Spain than anyone else at Pillar. What you hear shapes our messaging, our ICP, and our product priorities — we expect you to tell us.What you'll bringNative-level Spanish, and comfortable working in English with the rest of the team.Comfortable picking up the phone and getting to a decision maker — in this industry, that's usually the owner, and usually on site.Comfortable with high activity volumes and repetitive work (you'll have tools to make it less repetitive, and we'll want your ideas for more).A problem solver, not a closer-at-all-costs — construction buyers can tell the difference in thirty seconds.Resilience: a "no" on the phone makes you want to make the next call even more.An ownership mindset — you spot problems and bring solutions, not tickets.1–2 years in sales. SaaS/tech is a plus; construction, industrial, or field-sales experience is just as interesting to us. Mindset and potential count more than either. If you don't tick every box but recognize yourself in the work, apply anyway. How we workAt Pillar we row in the same direction: if one of us speeds up, we all do. We're ambitious, and we raise the bar and take ownership as we go.Pillar isn't for you if you want to be a mere executor, want clearly defined boundaries, are looking for already-perfect processes, a calm pace, or someone to tell you exactly what to do every day.A small, fast team where the distance between an idea and shipping it is short.Genuine autonomy and visibility — nobody here waits to be told what to do.What we offerComp: €25,000 base + €15,000 bonuses (assuming you reach 100% of goals, you can over-achieve), base goes higher or lower depending on seniority - Bonuses are uncapped.25 days of paid annual leave.Direct exposure to the leadership team and to a market entry from day one.A state-of-the-art workspace in BCN's tech hub, available 24/7, including unlimited gym access.A real path to grow into an Account Executive role for whoever earns it. From there, sky's the limit.A full-time, permanent contract (Fijo) with benefits, based in Barcelona, following Barcelona's public holiday calendar.Selection processIntro call with our Talent Acquisition team.Interview with the Sales team — role play / discovery & qualification simulation.Conversation with VP of Commercial.Final chat with Co-Founder
