About the RoleA growth‑stage B2B software company with international operations and a broad base of enterprise clients worldwide is looking for an FP&A Director to lead the end‑to‑end planning and performance management cycle. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this senior high‑visibility position comes with full ownership of the following responsibilities:Annual planning process (budget methodology, cross‑functional coordination, and executive presentation)Multi‑year financial model, including scenario analysis for strategic decisions such as expansion, investment, and M&AMonthly/quarterly reforecast cycleSenior business partnering with Commercial, Product, and People leadershipRecurring‑revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, margins) and how they inform business decisionsExecutive and board‑level reportingModernization of planning tools and processes (evolving from spreadsheet‑based workflows toward scalable platforms)Management and development of an FP&A team of analysts and managersQualifications10–16 years of finance experience, with a meaningful track record leading FP&AExperience in software, technology, or subscription/recurring‑revenue businessesDemonstrated ownership of a full planning cycle (budget, forecast, long‑range)Experience as a senior finance partner to leadership and business functionsStrong financial modelling capabilityExperience leading or contributing to systems or planning‑platform implementation xcskxlj People management experienceComfortable in multi‑entity, multi‑currency, multi‑country environmentsFluent English; degree in Finance/Economics, MBA, or professional certification is a plusWhat We OfferPermanent contract and a competitive compensation package in line with seniority of the roleHybrid working modelBenefits package (health insurance, flexible hours, among others)International environment within a scaling organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
