Freelance OSS Engineer – Oracle / Unified Assurance (Telecom)
Spain | 100% Remote
We are currently looking for an experienced OSS Engineer to join a telecom production environment project.
This is a freelance contract position (3 months, with possible extension) .
Candidates must be based in Spain.
Role Overview
You will work within a live telecom OSS/BSS environment, supporting operations, integrations, automation, and monitoring processes, with a strong focus on Oracle OSS and Unified Assurance.
✅ Key Requirements
Proven experience with Oracle OSS and Unified Assurance (UA)
Strong background in OSS/BSS telecom environments
Scripting skills: Perl, Bash, or PowerShell
Experience with REST / SOAP API integrations
Advanced SQL knowledge (Oracle, MySQL, InfluxDB)
Process automation and monitoring experience
Familiarity with ITSM tools (Remedy, Jira)
Version control experience (GitLab or similar)
