Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Friday from 9:00 to 15:00. Flexibility and availability aligned with the US time zone are valued, especially during onboarding.
Gross Salary: 30,000 EUR gross per year base, plus uncapped variable commissions.
Relocation: No relocation support provided; candidates must already reside in Spain.
About The Position
This hybrid role in Madrid involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing subscriptions, for a leading e-commerce search technology company. You will be instrumental in driving growth and achieving key performance indicators.
Additional Information
Comprehensive training is provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month.
This is a permanent contract position.
Enjoy 22 days of annual leave, plus discretionary days between December 24th and 31st, and Friday afternoons off.

The hybrid work model (50%) is available after reaching at least 70% of the sales target.
The first 4 weeks of onboarding and training require full on-site presence in Madrid; after that, on-site presence is required approximately once a month, with travel and associated expenses covered by the company.
