How will you make a difference? • Oversee the daily Front Desk operations: Ensure efficient and seamless check-in/check-out processes, accurate reservations management, billing accuracy, and cash control. • Lead and organize the Front Desk team: Coordinate shifts, supervise performance, and ensure service standards and procedures are consistently followed. • Manage operational challenges and incidents: Act quickly and professionally to resolve issues or complex situations. • Collaborate with other departments: Maintain clear communication with Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Reservations, and F&B to ensure a seamless stay for every guest. • Monitor performance indicators: Support the achievement of departmental KPIs, upselling targets, and guest satisfaction scores. • Provide support to the Guest Experience and Welcome Team (Bell Team). Are you the person we are looking for? • Proven experience in Front Office operations: Minimum of 2–3 years in luxury hotels or high-end resorts, with supervisory or management experience. • Strong leadership and organizational skills: Ability to effectively manage teams while maintaining high service standards. • Proficiency in hotel systems and languages: Advanced knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS , fluent English, and knowledge of Spanish; additional languages are a plus. • Detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset: Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellence in a dynamic environment. • Resilient and guest-focused: Comfortable handling high-pressure situations while always ensuring guest satisfaction.
