Ball Corporation seeks an experienced Start-Up Process Specialist for Can manufacturing in Spain, to lead New Build, New Line, and Line Conversion start‑up performance across cupper, bodymaker, and trimmer areas. You will drive efficiency, spoilage reduction, safety, and regulatory compliance during early production.You will train site teams, apply structured problem solving, and collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality to transition lines to steady state.
