We are seeking a versatile Frontend Engineer, preferably with strong design skills, to support internal product development and R&D initiatives in close collaboration with the team.Person : We are looking for individuals who embody a strong autodidactic mindset, bringing curiosity, dedication, and a passion for continuous learning. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of independently managing tasks, generating innovative ideas, and proactively taking initiative, as we cultivate autonomy and personal freedom in our work environment.Qualifications :Must-have:Strong experience with React, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/uiHands-on experience with Webflow (layouts, CMS, interactions)Solid experience working with Figma (design handoff, components, design systems)Good understanding of responsive design and UX/UI principlesFluent English for active participation in daily work and projectsDoctoral or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldNice-to-haves:Experience with Next.Js and/or LangChainRelevant professional certificationsFamiliarity with EU-funded projectsActive contributions to open-source projectsProficiency in an additional European language, preferably German
